Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of placing it by calling 07979 684842 or emailing info@rusticchicbychrissyjoan.uk.

Please note that changes are subject to stock availability and may not always be possible. If we’re unable to modify your order, a cancellation and full refund will be issued instead.

 

Returns Postage

Buyers are responsible for paying the postage costs to return items to us, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., faulty or incorrect products). All returns must be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, and you are required to provide us with the tracking number once the item has been posted.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In accordance with your statutory rights, you may return items if:
• The product is faulty or not of satisfactory quality
• The item is not as described

You are entitled to a full refund if the item is returned within 28 days of purchase.

All returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging and components. If a return is received used, damaged, missing parts, or is inadequately packaged and becomes damaged in transit, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to cover the reduction in value.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@rusticchicbychrissyjoan.uk. We will request photos and/or videos of the issue for our records, and in some cases, may ask you to return the item by post for inspection before a refund or replacement is issued.
